David Ko is Senior Vice President of Yahoo! Mobile and has global responsibility for all aspects of Yahoo!’s mobile business including strategy, product and monetization. David is also responsible for strategic partnerships with more than 100 leading mobile operators and device manufacturers around the globe.

David most recently led Yahoo!’s mobile business operations globally, and prior to that, served as Managing Director and Vice President for Yahoo! Mobile’s Asia Pacific business. While in Asia, he oversaw all marketing, engineering and product development efforts. Additionally, he was responsible for exponentially growing the company’s partnerships across Asia Pacific from zero to 24 in 16 months, and overseeing the deployment and distribution of our essential mobile-first services and advertising solutions.

Since joining Yahoo! in April 2000, David has held various leadership roles within the organization and was a key contributor to the distribution strategy of Yahoo! products such as Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Games, Yahoo! Photos and Yahoo! premium services.

Prior to joining Yahoo!, David served as a senior associate for Equity Capital Markets at Salomon Smith Barney, where he was responsible for identifying, executing and closing deals in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Before joining the Equity Capital Markets group, he was a financial analyst for the Investment Banking Division in Global Energy.

David is a graduate of New York University, Stern School of Business. He lives in San Francisco with his family and enjoys reading tech blogs, photography and playing golf on the weekends.

As Managing Director and General Manager of Yahoo! Mobile in Europe, Mitch Lazar’s focus is to grow Yahoo!’s mobile business across the region. He is responsible for business development, product, marketing and operations of Yahoo!’s Mobile business in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Yahoo!’s mobile business includes strategic alliances with some of the world’s largest mobile communications companies, global device manufacturers and publishers. Yahoo! Mobile services are available through the mobile web; as a downloadable application for smart phones and as an application for the iPhone. Key Yahoo! services available to consumers through Yahoo! Mobile also include Yahoo! oneSearch, the company’s industry leading mobile search product.

Lazar joined Yahoo! in November 2005. Prior to taking over the helm as MD & GM of Yahoo! Mobile Europe, Mr. Lazar was VP of Commercial Services, driving business development, monetization and partner operations.

Before joining Yahoo!, Lazar was Vice President, Wireless and Emerging Technology at Time Warner, where he worked for Turner Broadcasting System and America Online driving their global strategy and mobile distribution efforts.

Lazar was an early pioneer in digital media, and one of the founders of CNN.com in 1995. In 1997, he pioneered and launched CNN mobile, the world’s first wireless global news and information service. He later rolled out Cartoon Network mobile services around the globe.

Lazar has been based in London, England for the past 10 years. A native of Miami, Florida, Lazar is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism at Columbia. Before relocating to London, he studied at Georgia State University working on his master’s degree in business administration.

Matthias Kunze is Managing Director for Yahoo! Mobile in Asia. He is responsible for extending Yahoo!’s mobile products, broadband services and digital home experiences in the region. Matthias also oversees the deployment and distribution of Yahoo!’s revolutionary mobile products such as Yahoo! oneSearch, Yahoo! Go services, as well as leading the mobile monetization strategy across the Asia Pacific region.

Matthias joined Yahoo! in 2007 as Director Mobile Monetisation for Yahoo! Mobile in Asia. He is also the Vice Chairman of the APAC Chapter of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA).

Prior to joining Yahoo!, Matthias has been working in the mobile advertising industry for more than four years. He was the co-founder of Actionality, Inc., a mobile advertising company, which was acquired by Yahoo! in May 2007. He has also successfully co-founded three software companies and worked in the publishing and television business in Europe for many years.

Matthias received an M.B.A degree from The University of Cologne, Germany. He currently lives in Singapore with his wife and two sons. Matthias enjoys competitive sports and was formerly a member of the national swimming team in Germany and had participated in the Ironman triathlons.

Irv Henderson is vice president of product development for Yahoo! Mobile, leading the global product strategy and development for the company’s mobile services. Irv and his team create revolutionary experiences specifically designed for the mobile phone, to extend Yahoo!’s leadership worldwide.

Irv joined Yahoo! in 2004 and led product development teams in the global distribution of mobile communications products, including Mail and Messenger. During his tenure, he has co-invented the technology behind eight patent applications in mobile messaging and mobile web browsing.

Prior to his current role at Yahoo!, Irv was vice president of product development at Obopay where he led the development of mobile payment applications and platforms for distribution through financial insitutions and wireless carriers. Irv also served as the director of product management at Infospace Mobile where he led product development for messaging and browsing applications.

Irv earned a B.A. in physics and economics from Whittier College and a M.B.A. in finance from Cornell University.

David Katz is the vice president, mobile advertising and publishing for Yahoo!, Inc., where he has global responsibility for the company’s mobile advertising and publishing strategy. Yahoo! is an early and aggressive leader in mobile advertising, with clear leadership in both display advertising and search marketing.

Prior to his current role, David served as Yahoo!’s vice president of corporate strategy and head of strategy for Yahoo! Mobile. He worked with the company’s executive team on top strategic priorities including product planning and direction, significant corporate partnerships, cross-functional initiatives and M&A, including the acquisition of Right Media, the largest Internet Advertising Exchange. David was also charged with advising on top strategic priorities for Yahoo! Mobile, including Yahoo!’s industry leading mobile advertising partnership with Vodafone UK.

Before joining Yahoo!, David was a consultant with McKinsey & Company’s West Coast Technology, Telecom and Media (TTM) practice with clients in the software, interactive TV and wireless industries. David also served as a strategic technology analyst for AirTouch Wireless (now Verizon Wireless/Vodafone Ltd.) where he was responsible for identifying emerging wireless technologies, defining market opportunities and evaluating corporate investments.

David has also been active in political and public affairs and has held senior positions in several US Presidential campaigns, the US Department of Commerce and the G-8 Summit organizing committee.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an M.B.A from the University of California, Berkeley.
