A Blink SMS is a special SMART SMS, where a part, or the
entire message blinks. It is an useful alternative to
normal SMS when you want to focus attention on a particular
word(s) in the message.
To
send a blink SMS, compose a SMS with these contents:
blink
recipient
message
For instance, if you wanted to send a blink SMS
to 9812345678, saying "Happy Birthday!!", your screen
would look like this:
sender's screen:
blink 9812345678 Happy Birthday!!
The recipient can be anyone
using a compatible
handset, anywhere in the world. The sender can compose
the SMS on any compatible operators handset, supporting SMS. The
'message' part of the SMS can be at most 69 characters
long for a blink SMS
Send the message to 58243. The recipient will
receive the blink SMS on his phone.

Happy Birthday!!
You can also make only
certain parts of the message blink. Simply enclose
the blinking parts within "<" and ">".
For instance, if you wanted to send a blink SMS
to 9812345678, saying "Lets meet on Jan 6, at 5:30pm",
with "Jan 6" and "5:30pm" blinking, your screen
would look like this:
sender's screen:
blink 9812345678 Lets meet on <Jan 6>, at <5:30pm>
Send the message to 58243.
The recipient will receive the blink SMS on his
phone.
Yahoo! does not charge the
consumer anything. The mobile operators charge the sender
the cost of a normal SMS. There is no additional charge
for sending a Blink SMS.
