Test it.

To test your mobile widget, follow these three easy steps:

• Ensure your widget files are laid out according to the Blueprint documentation
• Package the widget files into a zip archive
• Click on “Test Widget” to upload the .zip file

Your widget will be available for you to test, through your Yahoo! user ID, for 48 hours after upload. After that, it may be removed from the development test servers.

You can test almost any element of your widget—from the flow to presentation—including layout, fonts and images.

How to test.

To test on a PC or Mobile browser, go to "beta.m.yahoo.com" and sign in with your Yahoo! ID

• Snippets: will appear on your home page
• Widgets: will appear on the "My Widgets" page
  (click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner to get to “My Widgets”)

To test in the Yahoo! Go 3.0 Client

• Snippets: Click on 'Y!' to see your Snippet on the home page
• Widgets: The submitted widget will appear in the carousel

Making changes.

You can tweak any back-end services without having to resubmit your widget. For more significant changes, resubmit the widget, using the same identifier, and the changes will be overwritten on the previous version.
